i would recommend tein s-techs if you are concerned with potholes and uneven pavements. I run through them all the time, sometimes its just hard to dodge them. s-techs pretty much runs like stock quality with a lowered look. pretty much if you like the drop that the s-techs gives you, they go for them. here's a pics of mines with s-techs





and here's one with stock height for comparison

overall popularity springs are definitely tein s.techs but make sure to get a good aftermarket shocks with them.

Size Expinations

225/70/16

225 is the width of the tire in milimeters
70 is the height of the sidewall in percentage with relation to the width 70% of 225 = 157 milimeters
and 16 is the diameter of the rim it will fit in inches

with tires on your car measure the center of the wheel to the edge of the fender, this will give you the best idea of the largest rim and tire combo you can use.
