i feel ya on that. my car is the dark red/maroon color. i used the duplicolor exact match for everything on mine. the only thing i would change is the fact the i only used 1 color. i think i'm going to use another color for a 2 tone for the interior. you can only look at one color for so long. i took me and my brother in law 3 days to get all the painting and vinyl dye done. don't get me wrong, i love the way it turned out, but i should have had another color to go along with it. i think i'll use black or silver for the counter. any ideas for a second tone color with the dark red?

using a silver that will give a brushed alum look would be sweet.

i've painted mine decided not to go with the dash kit a couple buddies of mine had dash kits they kept peeling off i painted mine never really had any problems just put a couple coats of clear on it and it should turn out nice but give plenty of time for drying after every coat of paint or clear but it usually turns out really nice if you take your time

i just got done painting my eyelids for the headlights today. came out good. need some more clear though. so when you decide to paint your interior or anything for that matter, make SURE you put enough clear on there. it will look really dull and you will be pissed like me. and duplicolor makes the best freakin paint in the world(in a spray can that is). i wish i could get a new digital camera to post some pics. maybe sometime. good luck with the painting and let us know how it turns out.

pcupo, thanks for giving me some credit. if i could find an actual brushed aluminum trim kit that covered the panels ENTIRELY instead of lame *** vinyl stickers that only covered up sections, i'd do it. also the biggest fact i considered was that, well, i'm 17. it was $30 to paint my interior vs. $250 for a dash kit that would look good
