Just finished modding my instrument cluster. I noticed that there was 2 orange lights that shawn down on my gages so I decided to investigate. I tore appart my dash and found the cause of the problem. I took out the light holder thingy and there was an orange peice of plastic covering the lights so I made a new peice and painted it blue. I also took the cluster appart and painted it blue as well. My needles now glow blue instead of orange. Here is some pics of the process. mind the messy interior. It will be spotless soon

i like the blue needles, im going to be changing my cluster color soon once i start taking everything apart

 

I have been wanting to get my gause like the ones in this pic, but i haven't figured out if they used LED's or bulbs... either way i wil get it someday, i am moreso waiting till i get eith a DC2 cluster or a Civic Si/Ex cluster

Fiirkan, I would think it would be diferent colour bulbs, but I think they make coloured gauges as well. I would like to re-do my carpet inside....has anyone done this? Is there much to it? Any thoughts on what to do? After I do my carpet I will be adding lights under the seats. Any thoughts, welcomed.
