Well if you're going to open them up you should justretrofit somereal projectors.

 

My projector lights(after market) are not even as well.. the passenger side is more straight and the driver side is angled down... ive been told its for safety purpose for incoming traffic towards you. I left it the way it is.

 

I've gotten two sets of projector conversion headlights and both units have the driver side projo rotated with the left being lower. This if anything is a defect that they're claiming to be a safety thing because all OE projectors (halogen or hid) are level and if anything the driverside is aimed down a degree or so........

As said above tho if you are going to open them up retrofit them. My second set of light is waiting for my lazy *** to get around to installing my TSX projo's into um. I can say for sure that OE hid optics always win over hid pnp in halogen projectors (I've driven behind and side by side with oe hid projectors and you can see the difference clearly......).

 

Well as much as I'd love to retrofit them, I then run into the problem of whether or not the bulbs fit (mine are H3 for some reason) and not to mention the cost. I'm saving up for Ksports and a rear sway/tie bar, so no retrofits any time soon.

 

You guys are talking about the same style of light as the ebay halos right?

From what I gather, it looks like you sacrifice light quality no matter what you do? I was thinking about getting some black ebay halos and slapping some silverstars in them, but if the lighting is going to be worse than my OEM housings I think I'll pass.
