Even if you are parked around here you can still get a ticket for havin leds on...thats what happened to my friend at a target parking lot

im pretty sure you can have them but you cant have them on while ur driving. im pretty sure thats true in all states because its a driving distraction

probabaly either of them are illegal while you are in motion
