well its his sisters car. we decided to go to boomers last night since it was a free game day or what ever. 2 cars (thank god it wasn't mine) + everyone carpooled , hmm lets see if i can get a picture of a celica and circle what he messed up.

The scratch actually looked like it was on plastic.

you can go to automotive paint stores and get a can of the excate color of your car (you will need the paint code) and primer and clear coat, i would tape off that section of the bumper..sand it all down, primer, paint, and clear (if you want) and it should match up really well because its the exact color as your car, depending on how faded and such the origianl paint is you might notice it a bit, but i think thats the cheapist and best looking way to get it done, unless he wants to spend some money and go get a spray gun
