Anyone have some tips on the easiest way to remove paneling and such without breaking it, I wanna spray some pieces, but Im afraid to pull too hard lest they break.

Which panels? Pull. They won't break. (mostly)

(lol, I just gutted the same car as you a month ago!)

If gutting the car, or close to it, start with the arm rest. 2 screws in back, 2 center (close to the seats), 2 front, and 2 a little above the cup holder's sides. Remove. When removing the cup holder/shifter cover, you may have to move the shifter to get it out. On the lower dash, 3 screws on the driver's knee panel: lower left, upper left, upper right. Pull, it comes off. Disconnect any plugs you may have on the switch bank there. Open the glove box. Push inward on both sides and it'll come off (you'll see). If removing, two screws underneath. For the part with the cig lighter, look around the edges. There are like 3 or 4, then 2 under the middle part of it. Pull, disconnect cig lighter. (You may have to move the shifter if it's an auto.) On the kick panels (ecu cover and keyless entry cover), there are black plastic screws with a flathead indentation. Unscrew those and pull straight out towards the seat. They come right out. (Good luck getting them back in.) On the lower B pillar covers, try wiggling them straight up. They come out easier that way. On the side plastics, with the doors open, just start pulling. Don't break too many clips. Same with the rear side panels if its also a 4dr. Just pull. On the rear deck cover, drop the seat back and start pulling. Lots of clips, but they'll come out. On the door panels, you have to pop the speaker grilles off and the handle covers off. There are 2 screws on each handle and 3 screws around the speakers. There's also one screw on the dooor handle itself, so take those off first and be careful not to break the little thing that holds it to the rod. Start pulling the door panels at the bottom. That'll make it easier.

LIAR! I pulled on the rear driver side panel and one of the plastic clips up top snapped and hit me in the face. It is ok, no one will ever know... lol

yeah, I sawit in your project thread, thats what got me onto the idea. Speaker covers, door handles, grips on the roof, AC vents, Ebrake housing, thats all i can think of without being inside the car.

The interior need more evenly distributed black instead of just the cluster and the radio.
