Removing stock stereo.

Is there an easy way to remove the stock stereo to replace it with a dash kit? 02 Civic LX sedan Tape player radio on top, CD player on bottom.

its simple just take a couple flat heads and put a cloth or napkin on them so not to scratch the stereos and pry them out on the sides
then just pull it out carefully with the metal shell or whatever
