how do I buff them?

i love the look of the tail lights!!! it looks great i like thme a lot. but poly how much do you want for the tint because i willtake it off your hands.

 

ya just sand off all the tint and use some rubbing compound and hand buff em to a shine and then just slap alittle wax on them... good as new

you can probably get away withusing 600sandpaper for a quicker sanding BUT you still should use 2000grit sandpaper to remove all the scratches.....
it takes alittle while with 2000 grit BUT ya dont have to worry abotu any scratches in them....

 

ok well finaly made a day video tho its not very well BUT you get the jist of it.....
either way its alot safer with my tinted taillights during the day.... at night time thiers no problem with them being seen BUT during the day the suns glare can make it hard to see during the day..... BUT now thats fixed preaty good i think......

and even beter I CAN SEE BEHIND ME at night with my backuplights cleared

just try it man... the tint is just like spray paint..... and if ya screw up just use some 2000 grit sandpaper and start sanding it off and retry
hell i tried my 3times with some crapy tint.... and two 1/2 times with the good spray tint till it was how i liked it

one thing i might change is the backup light..... i might try puting in a fog light in the backup slot and of course using a relay to power it.... its just an idea to make it super bright behind me fairly easy and quick.... i dont think it would burn up my taillights since it wouldnt be on for to long at al..... maybe 10 seconds....

BUT at night... cops dont say anything cause at night they are still very visable! thats whats so great about that stuff!
just not that great for daytime use....
ive been pulled over at night with them and cop just gave me a verbal warning for my liscence plate lights being out.... but realy i had just wraped the plate with some window tint and some green led lights.LMFAO but he didnt say ANYTHING about my tails...


but like alot of mods to any car.... exaust mainly... just depends if the cops having a very bad day and spots you and wants to be an @ss about it....
and how your aditude is when ya get pulled over
