They probably just have Blue LED bulbs in them, or something. Thats kind of what it looks like. Thats my best guess. Since Halo's have blue rings.. But, its obvious those arn't projectors.

 

Hey flip I think those are similar but not quite the same. If you look up a tubo kit for a civic on edelbrocks website there is another civic with the same healights as the one in the link i originally posted. Good looking out, and thanks for the info

 

i know i've seen them on ebay before......idk where though. Maybe some sort of blueish spray tint could do it, but idk if they even make that.
