Default Whistling Sound from inside the car

I have a 1998 Honda Civic EX, recently I started to hear a loud whistling sound coming from inside the car. This sound generally begins around 40 mph and gets more audible as my speed increases. I initially thought maybe it was my door seals, so I replaced those, and unfortunately, this did not solve anything. I do suspect it could be something to do with my sunroof. I have inspected the seal around the sunroof, but I don't see any specific damage. I live in an area where it snows and I have noticed that when snow is sitting on the top of the car or it's particularly cold, I do not hear it. I'm curious if anyone has run into this, or has any ideas of areas I should look at. I also do not think this is a vacuum leak as it sounds like it is right next to my ear while driving and also I do not have any power loss. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
