on the gauge cluster there is that thing under the speedometer that says matience required and the little square under it has always been green but now its yellow what does this mean? do i need to do somethin cause i have no idea

 

Its a dumb indicator telling you that its time for scheduled maintenance. There should be a keyhole next to it to flip it back to green if its like my 95.

those guys gave you a decent idea but what it really means is an oil change. once it goes red its time to do so.... unless you are using synthetic.
