I cycle during the summer, fall, and spring, I dont mind spining, but I really like going out, fealing the air, and just going a different way everytime, seeing somthing new (I live in Colorado, it's impossible to get lost if your not retarded (grid system))

80% of losing weight is diet and the rest is exercise.... obvious things like candies cakes and drinking beer have alot of calories and no real energy. Getting something like Crystal Light is really helpful for running to keep you hydrated. We have an elliptical runner thing in our house but I really enjoy running outside if the weather is nice. I am now starting to drop a little under 235 and I am 6'4... I still get tired and I am not a great runner but I can usually run on a really good day just about 2.5 miles or so.

running is the best thing for anyone, dont ride the bike, thats for girls, bad for your knees..yes. But a bike ride is 1/4 of a running workout. I run 4 times a week and ya man, once you get going its a part of life and easy after a while. As for moog, 80% maybe...over a long long time. Running and eating well will get you to your weight goals way way faster then just eating well and running once in a while. Be sure not to run too hard if you wanna lose weight or youll just atrophy. I know, I worked at WHC for 4 years

It's the same if you push yourself cycling... exertion is exertion... though.. I guess your body does burn some calories fixing your knees (lol, I ran track, I dont hate running, I just think cycling is more fun, and easier to keep doing it consistnatly). But it does start to make your *** hurt somthing fierce after days and days of 25+ mile bike rides...
