this will be slightly off topic, but the other thread is closed and it may be a reason that the forum is dead, so i'll ask the question here:

The moderators and administrators of hondacivicforum.com have the right to edit/open/close/move/delete any thread or post. Moderators and Administrators have final word in anything and everything. If you have a problem or a complaint direct it to them, not to the general forums. They will then take the appropriate actions. This applies to issues with the forum in general, as well as issues with other members.

We ask that members keep in mind membership is a privilege, NOT a right, and as a private forum, the administration and moderators have total say as to which members are, and are not allowed. The same rule applies for single posts and threads, and anything deemed to be inappropriate by any member of the staff will be removed. Members who continue to ignore this rule will be removed with no possibility of return.

The thread Kenny linked to was pretty much filled with him insulting and/or harassing not only myself and Tony, but several other members, resulting in a flame war until it got locked.""""""
those rules make perfect sense to me, and are very reasonable of course.
however, it's just that when i apply this set of rules to the other thread, it seems to me that the mods should've locked the thread about ten pages ago. and it also seems that since the thread wasn't locked, a lot of people ended up fighting and being rude. i totally understand that the op on the other thread was banned (which is for the best) but shouldn't about, i don't know, like five other members be banned too along with several mods for being almost just as rude?
