Makes my skin crawl.
Ha you aren't kidding! *crosses fingers*. And no, I don't plan on rolling my odo back. I just can't wait to get my baby back. It'll be so weird to be able to drive her again. It'll be like bringing a kid home from the hospital because I'm gonna want to baby it like crazy now.
If they don't fix your car, I'll take my bike out of the wrecker yard, drive it the best I can.. and ram it up someone's rear. That'll be a good use for my cluster F of a bike, AND motivation!

So 5 weeks later........They're supposedly going to start installing the "new" engine tomorrow. It arrived at the dealersh*t on Friday. We'll see if I actually get my car back by the end of the week.......Something tells me that they'll find something wrong with this "new" motor and I still won't get my car back.*facepalm*
Okay here we go.....I sold cars for a couple years, as a matter of fact I didn't quit until the business fell off like a wet bag of weed. Economy falls off and beer sale increase 12 percent every month.....anyhow, when I sold cars I sold a similar situation with an 05 chevrolet Silverado, and the fella come back 3 days later and was claiming the universal joints "clicked" between park and to drive, anyhow we fixed it and he kept coming back complaining about the same thing over and over. Anyhow, at least in the state of Georgia even if you purchased a vehicle 3 HOURS AGO and decide you don't like the way it drives, or something is wrong......the vehicle belongs to you, you signed the paperwork so you are the owner of the vehicle. the lemon law only comes into action if the place refuses to fix the vehicle.......by the way, don't expect your salesman to talk to you when you're on the lot......you probably got effed, only because you bought a used car.....he makes 30% of whatever the difference in the invoice (what the dealer has in the car) I'm sure he made 500$ on the low side, BUT HOWEVER, anytime your vehicle comes back for repair work on the company's dime...he has to pay 30% of that as well.....so if he made 500$ the week of the sale and when you brought it back he had to pay 400 back to the deal (repair) because the least they can pay him is 100$ lol so to make it make sense for you he sells you the type s makes 500 dollars one week, the next week they dock his pay 400$ and if he has sold nothing....he owes the dealership 400 dollars that they will take out of his commission. no questions asked
