Theres got to be a balance. I hang out with my fiancee a lot, of course, because we live together. So, when I want to go hit the bar with the guys, or go for a drive or whatever, she's always cool with it. I've had girlfriends in the past that were rediculous when it came to stuff liek that though. Every time I'd want to go out I'd have to sit and listen to the whining, "why don't you want to spend time with me" or the classic "fine, do whatever you want..." I hated that ****, and that's why those girls aren't around today.
To make a long story boring, compromise. If your friend had plans with her boyfriend, and he ditched out to go hang with his friends, than that's not cool. But if it was one of those assumed things, that they were going to hang out but didnt have "plans," than she's got nothing to be bitching about.
