I am past gas milage, I could give a rats *** about it, if I really cared about mpg I would buy a hybrid or a bike(like a cbr 600 or something). Also my formula is not to bad on gas when I dont go hauling *** in it. On average I get around 16 to 20mpg around town but on the highway I get great milage with it......above 30 a gallon. 6th gear owns, I'm at like 90mph but only at like 1800 to 2000rpm

 

my Honda Metropolitan II get 100 mpg to the gallon! And it takes premium... but it only cost $2.50 to fill up.

 

my stratus has gotten as high as 28mph...with my trucks, im happy to see 12...with my white car, it gets about a mile to the gallon...no, im not kidding. but with 4.56 gears, a 4000 stall convertor, and the way the engine is set up, its made for short bursts...mostly it is the gearing that kills the mpg...when my dad drove it recently, he got like 8, which isnt too bad...

and as for the police issue, i agree with j_civic to some extent...i have been pulled over by a cop in my stratus who went on about how "people in imports think that they can drive however they want"...but ive also been pulled over and told the same thing while in the white car..so go figure...i think that we see more import drivers getting busted for things because there are just more import drivers, and unfortunately, more posers/ricers...

 

That's the thing about it. Tastefully done is subjective. Some people's tastes are just not comparable to others. One guy could have huge ninja body kit, double wing spoiler, 20 inch chrome rims on a 88' Civic, put his hand on the bible, and swear he thought it looked good, when others would gag at his perception of tastefully done. I guess we will all never really see eye to eye. Different strokes for different folks... and some people's taste makes me feel like I'm going to have a stroke. The thing is, don't disrespect because you don't agree. If I wanted your opinion, I'd beat it out of you...
