Unhappy 02 Civic EX Ignition Problem

I purchased my car in March of this year. It had about 156,xxx miles on it. I replaced the head gasket, timing belt, water pump, alternator, all other accessory belts, battery and exhaust gasket with my buddies.

The car ran fine for about 3,000 miles until the car went into LIMP mode one day while I was on the highway. The check engine light consequently came on and I pulled the code P1362 (Top Dead Center Sensor No. 1 No Signal). I then replaced the aforementioned sensor. When I was finished, I tried to start the car, and realized the battery had dropped to about 11.5 V. I had the battery recharged and tried to start the car and noticed the check engine light had gone away and I did not pull any codes. However, the engine turned and it gets very close to starting, but it does not quite want to start. I will post a video shortly of what it sounds like when I try to start it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's a youtube video of what an attempt at startup sounds like.
