First issue is my clutch is really squeeky pushing in or releasing out. Its really annoying. Doesnt seem to affect driving. I sprayed some silicone lube up under the dash area...didnt help any clues???

2nd problem is. While accelerating in 1st and 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear I hear what I can explain as a creeking / grinding noise that seems to be coming from around the steering column area in the dash. I have no clue what that could be. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

 

Squeaking master cylinders are common. Just replace it.

No idea about the #2 issue.
