Default 09 Civic LX, clicking on slow turns

56K miles, well maintained .. just started the clicking on slow turns or when standing still and turning the wheel or with the engine off, ignition on and turning the wheel. I have searched, read the FAQ's, etc. and only see that it MIGHT be the gearbox bolt torques. My VIN is not listed in the TSB's I have seen. If it is the gearbox bolt torques, how do you get a socket/torque wrench up in there? Thanks.

The clicking noise may also be caused by a worn out CV joint.
