Default 1994 Civic starting problems

I have a 94 Civic EX that won't start when the outside temperature gets above 70 degrees, I live in Ohio so this just started I have been able to get it started on other warm days with a couple shots of starting fluid so I know it is getting spark it seems to be a fuel issue, is there any help anyone can give on this matter

If the fuel pump fails to prime when the engine won't start, then resolder the main relay.

It's common for a bad main relay to do that when it gets warm. The relay is located on the side of the car under the dash, above the lever you pull to open the hood.

I had a 92 Accord that had occasional warm starting trouble caused by a relay problem. Swapped the relay with one from an automatic (mine was a manual) and it worked fine after that.
