let it dry out then use a water hose and wet the car down and look inside to track the leak. it can be froma door jam seal, the windshield, or an inner fender liner is gone and the water from the tires gets slug into the door jam. do you have a sunroof? check it for leaks.

It could also be water that the A/C system has condensed out of the air. The water is supposed to drain out to under the car through a hose. If the drain is blocked it will spill from under the dash into the passenger side floor area.

my fans have stopped working so could that have anything to do with the A/C being blocked up?
