Yes, autozone checked the alternator and it is charging properly.

I'm confused. When you jumped the small wire terminal on the starter direct to the battery, did the starter run?

I wasn't thinking when I was trying to bypass all of the switches to see if it was not getting a connection somewhere. I wired from the + to the big connection on the battery that gets power all the time and not the smaller connection that only gets power when the starter is engaged. I don't have the car with me now. And, won't have it until next weekend. I am tired of messing with it and am not a mechanic. I think I am going to go the cheap way out. Once I see if the starter will engage if I bypass all the switches I am just going to put a push button on there and bypass all of the safety switches. Does this sound like a good idea?

When I go from the + to the smaller wire on the starter it will turn right over and start up. Both of the switches that are by the pedals have been bypassed. I think one of them is the neutral safety switch and I don't know what the other one is but they have both been bypassed. What else could it be?

When you turn the key to III, the black wire with white stripe from the key switch powers up (test that), then it goes to the clutch switch relay. The clutch pedal switch grounds one end of the relay coil, other end is connected to the wire from the key. So if clutch pedal is pressed, the relay pulls in, connecting the black with white stripe to another black with white stripe that goes to the starter. The relay is way up high near the clutch switch.

There is no neutral switch. The only switch on the transmission is to turn the reverse lights on in reverse. The safety switch is on the clutch pedal, the one at the top. The one at the bottom drops out the cruise control when the clutch is pressed, it'd be good not to bypass that.

If it has factory alarm I think there is another relay to cut the starter. You could download a service manual and get the full wiring diagram.
