1996 civic won't start

Default 1996 civic won't start

My 1996 civic died on me while driving and will not start again, checked distributor there's spark coming from the coil but none coming out of the spark plug wires. Please help.

You should get strong blue sparks from the coil. If there are only weak yellow sparks that can't jump half an inch, the coil is bad and those sparks aren't going to make it to the plugs.

Also check that the rotor screw didn't fall out, and that the cap and rotor are not cracked.

I've already replaced the cap rotor and wires, and still the same result. Could the distributor be really bad already?
