Default 2000 Civic LX Steering Wheel not Straight

Is there any way to straighten the steering wheel without an alignment? Going straight down the road, it's not straight. Alignment is good as there is no unusual tire wear or pulling etc. What can I do?

im sure that you have had your toe set. and thats where the steering wheel must be straight. if its a little off, sometimes we do whats called an onroad ajustment, where you turn the wheel all the way and slam it agenst the turn stop. its deff. not the right way to do it.

You could try to adjust the tie rod ends on your own. That's kind of risky as you don't know which tie rod is causing the wheel to be off-center.
