the wiper system on my 2000 civic isn't working properly...
the intermittent and low speed work fine, but the hi speed and one wipe modes don't....if I go from low speed to hi speed during a wiper cycle, it will stop dead in its tracks...
secondly, as the wipers move, the is a squeaking sound, I'm thinking there might be a lubrification problem...

so I read a few forums, suggesting a wiper motor replacement....

can anyone help me out with this?

 

well if it stops on high speed id asume the switch is bad. id replace those controls first and if you still wanna replace the wiper motor... i got a wiper assembly and linkages for sale.

 

yup; pick one up at a junkyard for cheap.
