Default 2001 Civic LX Coupe gasket leak?

I have noticed around the valve gasket area a leak of sorts. I am new to car maintenance so I am asking for your all's help. The only upgrades i've done to the car since I got it is

-change the stock denso plugs with NGK iridium
-switch the silver battery with a duralast
-had oil changed at walmart while I learn how to change oil myself.

When I bought the car it had no leak of sorts.

I have included several pictures to better help you all in helping me.

It looks like it may be from that big round plastic plug in the end of the engine-- the camshaft plug. I think you'd take the whole thing out and replace it.

My 2001 EX has a similar leak I just assumed it was the head gasket, still watching it making sure I am not losing too much oil before I mess with it.

01LXCP,

The leak may be originating from your engine's cylinder head plug (ref #6 in the diagram below). Inspect this plug to ensure that the material hasn't degraded and replace as necessary.
