Default 2001 Honda Civic - Won't Start

I have a 2001 Honda Civic. First the car was running hot so we replaced the radiator, thermostat, and radiator cap. The car ran okay for a while then it ran hot again. Radiator was flushed and used Blue Devil because someone told us there was a cracked head. It ran fine for about 2 days then it ran hot again. We replaced the hoses on the radiator. (The water pump works fine because the dealer check that.)

Last week I drove the car for two days and the car ran hot again while I was on the interstate. What happens is the temperature reading in the car would go below C then rapidly rise to Hot.

Now the car will not turn over. We checked the battery which works fine.

Please help me. I'll at a lost.

Most likely, the head gasket is blown. Do cylinder compression and leak down tests.
