Weird situation. My right signal light does not turn "on" when I turn my headlights on.It turns "on" when I press on the Emergency button and when I signal to the right but for some reason, it doesn't turn on when I turn "on" my headlights. The left turn signal light works fine. Is the problem in the fuse panel area orother electrical area? I already changed the bulb but it didn't do the trick.

PLEASE HELP!
