60,000 mile maitenance, 03 Pilot

I am approaching 60,000 miles on my 03 Pilot, great vehicle, but I dread taking it to the dealer because of the cost. I change the oil and all filters at the recommended severe service intervals. How difficult is it to change the spark plugs and any recommendations of spark plug brand?
