Im also having issues with my tail lights, they stay on all the time, and turn signals dont work. Ideas ronj?

Do the dash lights work? If so, do they also stay ON all the time? If so, the combination switch on the steering column could be bad (see test below).

The turn signal issue may be caused by a bad turn signal relay or bad combination switch.

The rear harness is diffrent, the plug isnt right.

Unplug the rear; the lights and signals on the front of the car should still work. The signals will blink fast because they don't have the full load of all the bulbs.

A common reason for turn signals not working is someone took the dash apart and forgot to plug the hazard (4-way blinker) button back in. All the turn signals pass through that unit.
