I am pretty good when it comes to working on cars but I have not been able to figure this out. I have changed the tires around and nothing changed. All CV joints are tight with little to no play. Could binding be an issue? If it could be what are the lengths on differnet short shafts to try. Any help would be great. Like I stated earlier from about 0-15mph there is nothing at about 20-30 the shacking is terrible to the point I feel if I go any faster something is going to break. HELP!

Well I went over everything with a fine tooth comb and I am about 80% sure that the shaking it due to the alignment being WAY off. I measure point to point on the front of the front tires reading about 59.25" and point to point on the rear of the front tires reading about 60.5". Thanks again for all the input and I will let you know for sure if that was the case after I get the alignment.

That's what I thought. If all of the suspension components are brand new and just installed, they will have changed the suspension geometry, potentially dramatically. First thing you would do in that case is get the alignment done.

Definitely let us know how the alignment goes.

Update: the alignment did NOT take care of the problem. I recently had a mechanic friend ride along in the car and see what he thought. He seemed to think that I needed to work on drive axles as the vibration only happened when there is an pressure allied to the gas petal. I just replaced the driver side axle and the vibration was reduced to a "broken tire belt vibration". As I drive the car, turning hard to the right the vibration went away and turning to the left it was more apparent. I feel like the next step is to replace the passenger side axle. Let me know if you think otherwise before I do so in about 3 weeks.
