92 civic hatch dx wont start please need help fast
ok so heres the thing i just installed a bag suspension system,my subs and neon lights into my 1992 honda civic hatchback dx. i changed the battery to optimum just to make sure i was getting enough power but my car still wont start. i turn the key and nothing happens i hear the fuel pump and everything but it never trys to crank im lost. im thinking it could be a relay or somethin but the car doesnt have any of the fuse diagrams so im really ****ed my land lord wants the car off the lot but it wont move until its turned on so any info please help me out.
it has to be a starting problem but the battery is good and i believe the starter is good it drove fine even after i did all the work if anyone knows anything please inform me
thank you so much

Try jumping the starter. Make absolutely sure the car is in park or neutral and the brake set. Unplug the small wire from the starter and connect a test wire from the terminal on the starter for the small wire to the battery +. The engine should crank. If the key is on, it should start.
If that works, check the ignition switch and the clutch switch or neutral safety switch. On manuals it is very common for the rubber pad on the clutch lever to fall out and fail to press the switch when the clutch is pressed to the floor.
