Opps didnt see that, my first instinct when brake lights stay on is the switch, my bad. check the wires running back you might have a short. Ive seen on a car before where some one put on new break lines and screwed them in and the screw went through the wires and created a short.

 

could be a relay sticking for the parking lights... thats all i can think of....
