pour a little gas down the throttle body and then start it. if it starts then you have a fuel problem. when you turn the car over before you start it do you hear your fuel pump kick in?? if not probley need a new one, pour gas into the throttle body start it

 

My civic's running as well, the ICM had to be replaced & spark plug tube seals; no vtec just 26 MPG
