Default 95 Civic horn button problem

Hi, recently bought a used civic. Initially, I thought 2 horn buttons on the steering wheel are just stuck. When I presse the button, they jus seem to be pressed down all the time, and no sound. So I used a small screw driver and pick out the buttons. Apparently, there are so springs behind the plastic botton. So, what do you think? Any suggestion on how I can fix this?

Thank you!

Remove the buttons, replace or reconnect the horn. The horn probably doesnt work becuase the buttons got stuck by the previous owner and the horn just burned up or they were somewhat mechanically inclined and disconnected it. Try cleaning the seats of the buttons, if they require more parts that are missing, go to the junkyard or dealer for parts.

I agree with timmytim. The diagram shows the horn wires and buttons in the steering wheel (upper left). Are you missing any of the parts? Does connecting the horn wires make the horn sound?
