Default 97 Civic HX vtech when warm crank but no start

Alright everyone have one for you it may be very simple. My 97 civic hx with vtech is having one may issue with starting up on a warm engine it wants to crank but not start sometimes it will and idles really high other times it takes me so long for it to start. Repairs that have been done recently were because of a blown head gasket but these are the repairs
replaced
head gasket
valve cover gasket
timing belt
drive belts
main relay
ignition coil
spark plugs
cap
rotor
compressor
valve reset
head pressure tested and cleaned
ignition switch
Please if anyone has had this issue I am looking for some help because it is frustrating and embarrassing when around other people and my car will not start.
