Default 98 radator fan not working

So I have done the jumper mod to conclude that the fan does work. And I'm guessing(tell me if I'm right) that if the jumper mod is successfully then the wiring and relays are also good.

I've replaced the thermo switch(sensor located on thermo housing) with two different switches.

My bottom rad hose doesn't get hot, while my top hose does.

I'm thinking three different things
1: need to bleed system(where is the bleed valve, because opening the rad cap only allows the coolant to flow out when the car is running)

2: the coolant temp sensor is bad-(where is that located at?

3:blown head gasket because fluid is pumping out of the rad cap when it's open.(but this doesn't explain the fans not working)

Plz help, need my dd working....

Coolant blowing out of the radiator (with the engine cold) means that the head gasket is blown. You need to fix that. The cooling system can't work if it doesn't stay full.

Lower rad hose not getting hot is Tstat most likely. For the fan switch, jump it and see what happens. If nothing, then the fan is dead, or there is a wiring problem. Check fuses too.

MK is correct. If there is an issue with the head gasket, you need to have that fixed first.
