Default 99 ek tran noise

When i have my clutch pedal pressed down noise goes away. Foot off clutch pedal noise comes back. Noise sounds like it spins as faster as i accelerate

This is a symptom of a bad Input Shaft Bearing or a loose throwout bearing. Since price difference in replacing the ISB vs throwout is pretty big, it's worth it to figure out which is bad.

How about when you lightly rest your foot in the clutch pedal?....enough to squeeze the throwout, but not enough to disengage the flywheel...

Throw out bearing IMO. It is common to me at least.

That was the other thing needed to kno. If there was anything i had to be careful with before pullin my tran since ive never messed with a hyd clutch

It's you mainshaft bearing (ISB).. if it your throw out, it would be the opposite of what you described.

It's the outer input shaft bearing, they are a weak point in the design and always do this. Fortunately it's easy to replace, you just need to take the transmission out of the car and open up the case-- the bearing is on the very end of the shaft so you don't have to fully disassemble the gears. For the clutch just unbolt the slave cylinder and move it aside, leave the line attached, make sure no one presses the clutch pedal while it is like that. May as well put a clutch set (including throwout bearing) in while it is taken apart.
