2009 honda civic - daughter hit a bump lost power door locks and radio. Starting tracing wires - found a melted brown wire that leads to the door switches- power windows do not work, removed a cluster from the under dash fuse box -fixed the wire so I thought and put everything back- still have the short under the hood-fuse 23-10 amp - and now no dash lights, no ck engine light, power windows or locks. Also the battery went dead and after charging- the car will not start- cranks but no start. The battery is 6 years old- is it possible that it shorted out -have power to under dash fuse block- but that's it. I need help!
