Default AC Problems

I have a Honda Civic 2002 and the AC is not working at all. I turn on the AC and the Green Light appears and nothing. No sound. No Air. Can anybody tell me whats wrong? Is it a fuse?

The first thing to check is to see if the refrigerant is still there. If a hole develops in one of the parts and all the refrigerant leaks out, the pressure switch will open and shut down the system to prevent damage to the compressor. The pressure switch is on the receiver tank under the hood. Unplug it and check if it is closed circuit. Or connect gauges and see if the pressure is OK. It needs to be more than 50 psi for the compressor to start.
