^ SOMEBODY WENT CRAZY WITH THE UNDERCOATING!!!!!!!

and i found the leak.... it was on the front passenger caliper brake line.... just tightened it up alittle and its not leaking anymore. bleed the brakes still no better performance from them but the ABS is kicken in better now.
the busted axle boot and grease all over the place was hiding the brake fluid mess. as soon as i cleaned off the caliper and brake line i found the leak really fast. so at least its fixed now!

now i only have to replace that axle and fix the AC as soon as i get the replacement parts. ill have the AC fixed before the axle since its not clicking yet. one less problem i gotta worry about now
thanks guys....

Congrats on finding and fixing the leak. Do you have any helpful tips for members who may be contemplating removal of their gas tank?

actualy it was very easy!
remove afew small rubber covers on the drivers side on the gas tank, and theres 3 lines on the bottom to remove, one large bolt clamp, one medium hose spring clamp on the main tank lines, and one small rubber line along the front drivers side with some weak @ss spring clip, pull that hose off and unbolt the 2 strap clamps with a jack on the tank to brace it when unbolting the straps.
and after pulling the lower seat cusion and taking the cover plate off its easy.... one spring clamp, and the 2 electrical plugs, and the main fuel line quick connect, 2 screw drives pushed the tabs in and it came right off.

might sound difficult but it really isnt.....LOL only 5 lines to remove... worst thing for me was all the undercoating mess on everything gunked up over EVERYTHING!
hopefully that undercoating is doing its job at least since the car did come from Canada and Wisconsin so its no stranger to winter..... its just a dam mess when working around!

o ya... and this should have been first.... run your gas tank down low to save some time before draining all the gas from the plug on the bottom of the fuel tank. that or at least have some gas cans laying around. tank holds i think like about 11-11.9 gallons. i filled up two 5gallon cans and alittle bit in a 3rd can.
