Default Anybody know?

im new here, my girlfriend has a 1999 civic and its running horrible now, she was driving to work and all of a sudden check engine light came on and was flashing and car was running funny. any how i pulled up the codes and they were like P0300, P0302, P0304 or something like that and it had a pending code of P1399 which cant figure out what that code is, i checked for vacuum leaks, checked cap and rotor and they look like new since i did a big tune up not too long ago, checked gap on plugs, checked wired, hooked up tester that lights up when connected to spark plug and wire and it looked like it wasnt missing a beat, injectors were ticking constantly on all four but didnt physically test them. anybody have this problem before or know what it can be?

P1399 is possibly a generic code for ignition system misfire.

Information in the picture lists additional possible causes to consider (e.g., fuel filter/pump, EGR system, MAP sensor, IAC valve, etc.), as well as ways to troubleshoot the problem.

If it idles smooth but won't go under power it may be starving for gas, for example a clogged fuel filter or bad pump.

found the problem last night, i turned the car on and started to remove Spark plug wires one by one to see if there was a difference if i disconnected them, the plastic extension that goes down to the plug on #1 had a crack so it was not sending the spark to the plug. Thanks for the info though!
