I have a (auto) 97 civic Ex and i am wanting to do a motor swap.
I am curretnly looking into a (complete changeover)Jdm B16a2 (SiRII) obd2 swap from Hmotorsonline.com
But it will be an automatic swap. I would like to keep it an automatic, the swap is not REally ment for performance. just something to have some fun in etc..(DD).. But eventualy it will be turbo'd but with upgraded auto tranny(bulletproof). but i would like to know if the b16 auto tranny with fit perfectly where my old Y8 tranny went? and Can i use the 96-98spec mounts that Hmotorsonline send's me or should i get some from hasport? also i wanting to know if anyone has done this swap (auto b16a2 in a EK)? pretty much will the swap be a bolt-on and go swap????thank's for the advice guy's
