If I remember right it's under the dash, it's really fun to locate anything under there.

here's a relay wiring diagram, but on 85 and 86, they will go to the factory horn wires instead of ignition and ground. i believe the horn on there actually has a two wire plug instead of having a direct ground to the body. it's really important that you fuse the wire from the battery as close to the battery as you possibly can.

Right, put the relay under the hood, connect terminals 85 and 86 to the stock horn wires, the order of which is which should not matter.

you CAN'T power the air horns off of the factory circuit, you need to install a relay and power them from the battery. thats why the diagram, get a universal bosch relay and an inline fuse holder.

First replace the fuse, hook up the stock horn, make sure everything works OK.

Then if you want, go to round 2 of modifications...

i have the relay that came with the horns and an inline fuse holder, i had it all set up, wired to the relay, and wired to the switches, connected to the battery, everything.. and it diddnt work.. i had 2 people try to make it work, both are experienced, none could get it to work, the only way we could get it to work was wire it to factory horn. now i plan on removing it and getting bigger and better, ill get a train horn lol, but to fix this problome, what do i need to do? just replace the fuse? from what i have gathered, i need a 15a fuse, and the fuse is under the hood. is this correct? and is that a cure-all?

so it works? if you connect the relay in the kit as shown, to the horn wiring, when you press the horn button, you should hear the relay click, the relay makes the circuit from the inline fuse at the battery to the horns, also if you use the relay, you can leave the stock horn functional, just piggyback the relay off of it, this is just a backup in case the air horns fail
