guys My car is a 94 Civic Ex. This morning i got up to go to school and it was oh maybe 20 degrees. This is the first cold morning of te season. Anyways My starter hesistated like it didnt want to turn over. It id a brand new ignition system, and starter, so I know its not this. ANEYwho, I got in and I turned the key and it turned like it wanted to crank but kinda slowed down but then fired. Could the cold be zapping my battery? Could I be out of Cold Start Amps? If so, how can I measure this? Hit me guys?!? Thanks

Take the battery into a parts store and have them hook it up to a tester. They can tell you what you are putting out.
The cold can have this effect on an old battery. It is actually very common.
