Alright here is the whole E-Test sheet.

I was talking to the mechanic, calls himself the "Honda Expert" and he has a good rep from a lot of people I know. He said that the wireing was sliced and diced for the engine swap, my TPS sensor is tampered with, possibly a new ECU (but I know its the right one and he agreed after I explained). Could it be that the wireing is all messed up? He said its gona be a costly job. I can agree myself on the wireing cause its a 1991 Honda Civic Standard model, and I heard you need a whole new wireing harness to fit a 1.6L ZC engine. I think the guy was just lazy who did the swap, any info would be GREAT!

I'd drop the cat first and see if it at least has some potentially active material inside. If it has an active CEL and runs without the CEL on it may be in pretty good shape as far as the controls go.
