Default Big Problem!!! need help bad! please.......

ok...for the last week my car (95 HB D15) hasent been running right, at low RPM it will cut out real bad, like a spudder but not so bad other times, then today i was on my way home stopped at a light, went to take off and it died. after like 5 cranks and playing with the gas i finally got it running enough to start off but it felt really sluggish and if i would let off the gas completly it would die out so i just kept the R's up all the way home. in the drive now i got it started, again sounds very sluggish...tap on the gas and it wants to die and some weird block noises............help me please i have no other way to get around and dont know anyone either, only motor mods are intake, exhaust, and new header as of 2 weeks ago.....

I would recheck the installation of the new parts that was installed two weeks ago especially around the intake area.
