On my 2010 Honda Civic, all at once I lost all lights/functions at the climate control panel and the blower fan is stuck on high and will not turn off. The only way I was able to turn off the blower fan was to remove the relay or the fuse. I have already replaced the climate control panel, and the blower motor resistor. So what else could it be. Thank you in advance.

sorry im not ignoring you i just dont know without being there. even then id just be stabbing around with my multimeter until i traced back to where the problem was.
