I 50+ so alot of this is new on honda's so excuse me I am wondering if a b16 will match with my trans from my sohc v-tec d16 y8 motor. If not can you direct me to a decent place for a replacement motor thanks all for help. Yes my civic is all black lowered with si rims love my little honda.

 

Heh, blew yours too eh? How'd you manage that? I had a rod bolt give out on me, andtossed a rod which created three new "speed holes" in the block


As for where to buy the motor, check around on random forums in the classifieds sections, ebay, craigslist, places like that

post this under engines/internal, and or browse the listings there. There should be several links people have posted with engine replacements, and or there may be info on your swap.

 

there is an interchange manual that i use at the local library for parts interchangeability.
Could check that if available in your area.
